Yes! It's True! TBB has purchased ELS for VCMod and we are in the process of rolling it out on Server's #3 & #5.
This is pretty early in the addon, so we are taking all bug reports and everything that is not working properly in HERE.
Please be as descriptive as possible because freemmaann may review that thread to see issues.
This works on 99% of the Emergency Vehicles that are publicly released on the workshop. To get started you can type !vcmod to open the VCMod menu and explore the options. I wish that my Staff not mess with the 'Administrator' settings, these are settings I change to optimize performance.
How do I use it? Get into a vehicle and right click quickly to enable the lights & long right click to turn on the sirens. Pressing R while the sirens are going will give you a wail tone, usually used at intersections to get peoples attention. If this doesn't work you'll have to check your client settings and figure out what they key binds are.. remember you can change ALL KEYS for VCMod in the menu. Don't like where the blinkers or the lights are? Rebind them!
When going through your options PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD understand how this works to enable/disable the lights & sirens properly. Out of the box two functions are assigned to 'Mouse 2' which is your 'Right Click'. If you see a checkmark in the box it means you have to "HOLD" the key for it to work.
So you get in the vehicle and quickly right click, that'll enable the lights. If you right click and hold, it will enable/disable the sirens.. please don't leave your sirens running all of the time, it will get really annoying with a full server. Simply right click quickly to turn off both the lights & sirens. If this does become a problem, the sirens will be disabled globally.

Known Issues:
- If you're getting any LUA errors like this "[ERROR] addons/vcmod1/lua/autorun/client/vehcontroller_cl.lua:310: attempt to index a nil value" we know about it. You are missing the vehicle that is trying to use the new system, and simply finding out what car it is and getting it will fix it.
