"Darker" night time

(not using the template because i dont know if this is possible/if theres an addon for this)
would it be possible to have a darker night time?
that way the map will feel more dynamic and i feel the vcmod lights will be used to their fullest potential.
what do you guys think?
 
Rockford does not have Atmos anymore but I believe Paralake does. Not sure which server you're taking about.
