I have played with you, and you seem like a decent player. I know this application is from last year, but there was never officially a decision.. it was just locked and stored away. If you can update this application with current information, I'll be willing to vote on it.

I'm not going to just judge him based on his hours, I have played with him quite often overnights and he seems to be mature and responsible. I believe he could handle a moderator position, perhaps with some guidance from his superiors he would succeed. +1
