Anyone Heard of a Roleplay map called Retribution???

I played around with it a bit i didnt mind it. Nice highway and all. Appears to be based in Canada not sure. What do you guys think?
 
We tried this map a while back, We tried alot of maps actually... Everyone liked it for the first 10 mins (including this map) then they all hated it and wanted to go back to rockford Or evocity. That's basically the only reason why we've never had a new map...
