I've done some updating on the servers, (Minor Tweaks)
-Updated MOTD's for #2,3,4,5
-Added VCMod Car damage to server #3 (Adding it to other servers later)
-Enabled the VCMod Repair tool for players to repair their car
-Tweaked the Repair tool so it repairs 2x faster than normal
