Used FPS Config Now Textures Are Broken

So I recently installed a FPS config that I found on a former clan I was apart of. When I attempted to use it, it worked and everything but cars looked terrible so I undid it.. Also Fences and a few more props were invisible.. So I uninstalled it I took out the .cfg & I also took out the code it had me put in Garry's Mod launch settings.. But now fences & those other props are still invisible.. The only fix I can think of is to reinstall my game but that's not something I really want to do.. Does anyone know something I can do that wouldn't make me reinstall my game? Also I posted on there forums about it so hopefully I can get a fix from them also.

Just delete local game content, it will not affect your addons/dupes/screenshots. As long as you don't delete your actual folder, your game will not be affected.
