1. Can I get permissions to get ANYWHERE other than the Welcome chat? lol
2. How do I change up TS to where if I talk in Gmod it won't ALSO speak in TS???

Go to your settings in TS and turn off voice activation and then you should be able to program a key to activate push to talk
