I shake my head when i read this report. I DO NOT want Staff members that are suppose to be a role model to all players and have the utmost respect to everyone on the server, Be so disrespectful, And be very immature. I need staff members that can do their job well and not give TBB Administrators a bad name. Bubbles, You are out of control and I think you need to be handled. I would derank you in an instant because I told you before, About 2 days ago. To watch your temper on people, And be respectful. And from what i'm seeing here you took my words and pulled it right out of your head, Like you didn't listen to a word I said.
I really like how while you were saying all of that Bubbles, The advert in ULX posts in chat "No Disrespect, no cursing at people, no sexual conduct, no bullying." It really shows how well you like to follow and respect the rules as being a leader. I don't know why you flip out on everyone when you are on that server, But that is not how a Moderator should act. I know you've been playing alot of roleplaying servers like DarkRP. And I know what DarkRP does to you, It turns you into a complete A**hole, And a very disrespectful person. Don't take your problems from those servers onto this one...
If you're going to act like the way you act on those roleplay servers, And completely forget about the fact what rank you are on TBB 3, Then I think you should resign. Because I'm really close to either making you Resign, Or just flatout derank you and remove your access from everything. I've had too many reports from you being mean and nasty to everyone, If you're going to be Moderator, At least appreciate it and work your best at it. Or I'm going to give it to somebody that wants that opportunity, And try their best at it, And keep the server clean of rulebreakers, And help out. There's many people that would love to have the rank you do Bubbles, And you're just flaunting around with it like it's a toy.
I know you're either going to get really upset about me saying this to you, Or Xer0n_ going to come to me saying "You're being to rough on him" etc. etc. But I'm just trying to make you realize that you can't be acting like that as a Moderator. If you saw any Admin or Moderator on another server and the Owner saw them doing this, They'd be demoted in an instant. If you're not going to act like a Moderator, Then why are you a Moderator.
I'll decide soon what actions are going to be done about this.
