Event That Occured: I was just driving around in his RV Park, a public place, and he got mad at me for some reason, started yelling at me and arguing with me, and then he starting proppushing me, and my friends (mostly me), and I started recording, and my friends started taking screenshots, and ever since he starting lying about it, calling me names, and warning me, and votekicking me for no reason.



Evidence To Prove Player Guilty: I got 1 good screenshot from my nice friend Royster, and the recording got lost in my GMOD files, and resulted in me not finding it. ||| http://puu.sh/k38jJ/054d5045ac.jpg (In the picture, I was in the Nissan GTR with a PAC (maxv was in the car with me, looking at Royster's car) and I was just parking to the side of my friend Royster, when MINECRAFTPRO out of nowhere started proppushing my car up into the air and then flinging me up and down with his small prop under my car. After this MINECRAFTPRO completely denied that he proppushed me at all, and started arguing with all the witnesses saying that he didn't do it, and that I was proppushing him. After that he claimed that I had fences on his property, which I clearly did not.) (I would put more detail but I want to make this quick.)

Time This Event Occured: The whole thing lasted from 1pm to 9pm 2 days ago.



What Rule Do You Think This Player Broke?: Proppush, Disrespect, Cursing at players, more.

(If he does not get punished, I at least want someone to tell him what he did wrong because he is completely denying all that he did)
 
From what I look at so far, Your evidence isn't that strong enough to make a decision just yet. The screenshot doesn't prove it was minecraftpro. I will make an investigation later when I get to my computer. -Mobile
 
I was on the server at the time though you didn't provide me with the proof so i could not do anything at that moment and time.
 
Provide some of the other screenshots so we know what he was saying or what he was doing. The screenshot there is unable to tell who is holding the car and you have no evidence of cursing and players.
 
I have read the logs, Minecraftpro will be banned. But you commander moo, You'll be gone for quite some time. You lied about minecraft calling you names, And you were bullying him (which is taken as a very very serious offense). If you would like to say that my argument is biased, Here's some evidence.

I'm just saying but that is kinda dumb how you ban me for being a "cyberbully" when all I said was "I don't care that this is your favorite server" and that he shouldn't be there for what he did. Also, you didn't ask other people like the ones I listed on what they saw, and the ban length was a bit insane for just saying some words.... (leading off of that) MINECRAFTPRO's ban was extremely short for what offences he committed. Also, didn't an automatic announcement in chat always say the server isn't kid friendly anymore?..... maybe its just me. (You do not have to take this seriously, because I'm just saying this just to grab your attention on what has been going on in the server. Again, I'm not being serious right now, I'm not saying "UNBAN ME NOOOOW," at all, I'm just giving your attention to some things.) Also to answer your question, I should not be spared, I should just be punished, but not for an insane amount of time ._. (again not complaining, just saying.)
 
Hm, I understand from what you're coming from, But we both know "I dont care that this is your favorite server" is not all that you said. Hence the ("Why should I spare you?" "Actually, if you leave, People will be happy" "You're not the hot stuff") I consider that bullying, And I'm sure others will too. You're basically taunting him and trying to make him feel like he wasn't wanted on the server anymore. I say taunting because you said to him "Why should I spare you?" As if you were going to ban him yourself. 2nd, Yes - The server is not kid friendly anymore, But did anyone get banned for swearing? No. Did anyone swear at all? Probably not, But on both sides - Kid friendly or not, Bullying is still harassment.

On another note, Minecrafts ban was so short because it was '1' prop push, And from your evidence, It doesn't show him continuously prop pushing afterwards. Do you think I should ban someone for a week for nudging a car out of the way? But since you repetitively kept telling minecraft he's not wanted on the server anymore, He doesn't deserve to be on there, And telling him he's not the "hot stuff" you were banned for a longer time. The way he was responding to you, Made me think you really got him upset and worried, He's probably a young kid and can't just brush off someone smack talking to him or talking down to him like that.
