How to add the textures to GMod?

I was going to get the textures, but I don know how to put it into the game. Do I just download it and bam, its in, do I download it then put it in a certain folder, and if that's it, which folder, or something else?
 
You right click on the rar file and select extract here. Take that folder and put it right into your addons and reboot gmod.
