Even though I am not able to get mod, can I just get a rank on the server (It's a really cool Rp server I been on)

I'm not sure if the same rules carried over one of them was not to ask for rank.
Generally, ranks are earned per server depending on how you participate and play with others. Once a Staff you don't ask for a higher rank nor submit another moderator application since you are already part of the crew.
Just be patient and behave and you'l get what you deserve!
