Call Admin

This is a perfect addon, it helps instead of reporting on forums, or typing in chat. All you gotta do is /calladmin, and it will go to all online admins, and above. Unless moderator inherits from admin. Idk if it does though, but if it does, it will go to all staff, so it's perfect!

ULX already has a similar system. do @(message here) this svaes us space for the server and reduces un needed addons.
