Auto Disconnect??? HELP!

I have been having this problem for a quite long time now, and I am very frustrated. The problem is that when I try to join, It saids "connection problem auto disconnecting in 30sec" I have no idea what is going on and I don't know if it is my internet or my computer. So PLEASE HELP ME!! I WANT TO PLAY GMOD. Thank you.
(I have a decent internet)
 
Re-installing might help. I get this on occasion as well, especially when my internet is being used by other people in my house. Usually restarting my GMod fixes it, but restarting your computer definitely helps. Other than that, I've got nothing! :p Best of luck!
 
I believe i heard it was a VAC ban system update that screwed everything up. It's happening to tons of other people as well. Garry "might" update it soon, Because timing out involves with your player not moving and sorta gets kicked out from being "AFK". I fixed it somewhat by re-installing Gmod then changing my steam name a slight bit. Hope this tip helps you!
